SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping can be subject to change. Our storage facility placement and manufacturing times mean that shipping may be delayed or change depending on environmental factors, but we endeavour to communicate effectively.
Items shipped to you will be sent with a tracking number that you will be provided via email.
For commissioned pieces you will be advised on the turn around time at the point of order or shortly after. We reserve the right to change these times where factors out of our control come in to play.
Customers will be kept updated throughout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our bespoke products & custom pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless you have received an item with a significant defect or damage.
Please let us know of any issues when you receive the product.
We are happy to work with you on rectifying defective or damaged products. Please be aware that our products are made from natural materials and may come with natural defects such as marks in the leather and wood patterns.
Antiques used in production may come with tarnishing that has happened in their previous life.
All returns or exchanges of products purchased online through our shop function will be subject to our inspection before agreeing to an exchange or refund.
We do not offer return or exchange of products bought in person you must inspect the products on site and items are sold as seen.
We do not offer return or exchange of products bought as commissions, these are not resalable pieces.
We do not offer returns of deposits on custom pieces, if you decide you no longer want to continue the commission, we reserve the right to retain the initial deposit if one has been paid.
